Medicaid is health coverage for low-income individuals, families and children, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with disabilities.  Credentialing is per provider for the state you are providing services in.

 

Optional Medicaid Add-Ons:

The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) provides health coverage to eligible children, through both Medicaid and separate CHIP programs. CHIP is administered by states, according to federal requirements.

The UHC Community plan is a supplemental plan to Medicare and Medicaid patients and is available in select counties in the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.
