Your Imagn membership will automatically be billed each month on the same day you signed up.
Billing services provided in the Imagn software including pre-authorizations, verification of benefit, and claim submissions will billed separately to the credit card on file between the 1st and 3rd of each month for the previous month.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Any changes in membership will affect the next billing cycle.

If your Imagn membership includes support, you can schedule a training session once your Imagn account has been created and setup has been completed. All Imagn accounts are created within 2 business days.
Imagn software is cloud-based and runs best on Google Chrome but can also be used on any web browser. As long as you have an internet connection, you can access Imagn.
Each location with it’s own tax ID will require an Imagn account.
If you have more than 5 locations Contact Sales
Not at all! You are able to bill for any procedure.
Request to cancel anytime. 30 days written notice is required for all cancellations to take effect.
