When cross-coding dental treatment to medical insurance it can feel like you’re speaking a different language. However, with the Smart Cross Coding Tool in Imagn Billing, you can easily translate CDT codes to CPT codes. This helps prevent coding errors and saves you time.
The Smart Cross Coding Tool is available during, verification of benefit, pre-authorization, and claim submission. Just search the dental code (CDT) that you would use then select the CDT code and Imagn Billing will suggest common (CPT) codes that can be used.
