Course & Event Policies
All event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
Ticket Course Transfers
Ticket transfers are available by emailing [email protected] more than 30 days prior to the event. You must include the new course selection at the time of the transfer request. Please note, transfer requests will be denied if the event is within 30 days or if the transfer request location is sold out. Tickets can only be transferred one time to another course of equal or lesser value. Devdent does not guarantee that there will be another course available that works with your schedule.
Tickets are transferable between attendees by notifying Customer Service ([email protected]). However, we cannot guarantee that there will be dietary specific food options available if the request is made less than 30 days before the event.
Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Course registration discounts are not valid toward S&H or tax. Offer applies to credit card purchases only and is not retroactive for orders placed prior to receiving the offer. Not valid in combination with any other coupons, discounts, specials, vouchers, redemption codes, or on gift certificate redemption orders unless otherwise stated.
If an event is ever cancelled due to the venue’s inability to hold the event due to weather or natural disaster, refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
Catering & Food Policy
We strive to have food choices that meet individual dietary restrictions. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment; however, it is not always possible to provide food for specific dietary restrictions (i.e., Vegan, Pescatarian, etc.) due to the local food options.
For attendees that have a particular diet or extreme allergy, we recommend that they bring an alternative food option to ensure they have food during the course. Special dietary needs will not be fulfilled on orders placed within five days of the course or event.
Outside food is permitted at any course or event.
Sponsors & Promotions
Sponsors & promotions given out at courses are subject to change from course to course and are not guarenteed to be offered at every course. If you have questions about a sponsor promotion please contact the sponsor directly.
Ticket-Holder Behavior Policy; Ejection and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct we deem is disorderly. This includes, but is not limited to anyone who uses profane, vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the venue’s rules or policies. In any such event, you shall not be eligible for, and we shall not be obligated to issue you a refund for any such purchase, and we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential expenses incurred by you.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no refund shall be provided to you in the event you violate the Terms and Conditions of Use or the Terms and Conditions of Sale of this Website, or in the event you fail to abide by all rules and policies related to the venue where the event is located, which violation or failure results in your inability to gain admittance to the venue or ejection from the venue.
