Course & Event Policies

Refund Policy

All event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers are available by emailing support@devdent.com more than 30 days prior to the event.  You must include the new course selection at the time of the transfer request.  Please note, transfer requests will be denied if the event is within 30 days or if the transfer request location is sold out. Tickets can only be transferred one time to another course of equal or lesser value. Devdent does not guarantee that there will be another course available that works with your schedule.

Attendee Transfers

Tickets are transferable between attendees by notifying Customer Service (support@devdent.com) more than 30 days before the event to transfer the ticket to another attendee.

Pre-Registration

Pre-registration sales end 60 days before the event start date. Devdent reserves the right to extend or terminate pre-registration at any time.

Coupons

Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

If an event is ever cancelled due to the venue’s inability to hold the event due to weather or natural disaster, refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

Catering & Food Policy

We strive to have food choices that meet individual dietary restrictions. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment; however, it is not always possible to provide food for specific dietary restrictions (i.e., Vegan, Pescatarian, etc.) due to the local food options.

For attendees that have a particular diet or extreme allergy, we recommend that they bring an alternative food option to ensure they have food during the course. Special dietary needs will not be fulfilled on orders placed within five days of the course or event.

Outside food is permitted at any course or event.

Ticket-Holder Behavior Policy; Ejection and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct we deem is disorderly. This includes, but is not limited to anyone who uses profane, vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the venue’s rules or policies. In any such event, you shall not be eligible for, and we shall not be obligated to issue you a refund for any such purchase, and we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential expenses incurred by you.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no refund shall be provided to you in the event you violate the Terms and Conditions of Use or the Terms and Conditions of Sale of this Website, or in the event you fail to abide by all rules and policies related to the venue where the event is located, which violation or failure results in your inability to gain admittance to the venue or ejection from the venue.

By purchasing a ticket to any of our events and/or attending, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy If you do not agree to these Policies, please do not attend the event or purchase anything, or enter into any transaction with us.
